Located in New Hope, PA, Bucks Villa provides Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for individuals experiencing homelessness who meet eligibility criteria established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Through this vital program, we offer much more than a spacious dwelling with services. The group home design, staffing, program values, and personal interaction all combine to create a program that helps residents succeed over the long term.
Each resident has their own service plan which is personally tailored, flexible, and holistic. Because Bucks Villa is managed by Family Service Association of Bucks County (Family Service), the individualized service plan ensures that our highly skilled and dedicated staff, in conjunction with partnering agencies and resources, can effectively address the unique needs of each resident as needed. In doing so, we are able to support their successful transition from homelessness to stable, permanent and supportive housing, while promoting their overall well-being and self-sufficiency.
Goals:
- Provide permanent housing through case conferencing
